I am happy that the Indian Crescent Society of Australia Inc. (ICSOA) is publishing its inaugural Newsletter issue on January 26, 2017.

Communication is a prime necessity in this global world. We need to communicate with each other as also with members of our groups and associations. A Newsletter is an effective means for keeping abreast of developments as also informing of opportunities around.

On the occasion of the 68th Republic Day of India, I wish to send my greetings to you and the members of ICSOA.
