It is with great pleasure that I extend my best wishes to the readers of the Indian Crescent Society of Australia's newsletter.

The Indian community is one of the fastest growing communities in this State and the depth and richness of Indian culture is becoming one of the many legacies of our vibrant multicultural society.

I commend the Western Australian Muslim and Indian communities for their contributions to the arts, as well as to the business and community sectors across this State.

The Western Australian Government proudly acknowledges and celebrates our cultural diversity as one of our State's greatest strengths.
