Inevitable- Naushad Ali

When we go to watch a movie, start mowing the lawn, make a phone call, or sip that fine coffee, we are implicitly aware that an end is ...inevitable…

Interestingly... Somehow, we take a fair bit longer to internalise that each challenge we face, the threat that bothers us, even that moment of embarrassment or glory .... Is going to pass... That's... Inevitable...

We have heard of great emperors, talented performers, artists, statesmen...Have their share of the limelight and then leave the stage, sometimes with a fine message, that's... Inevitable...

Sometime back, I happened to hurt my finger while putting the garbage bag in a chute. Bit of blood, few torn tissues, some pain and unease ... But all through there was an implicit understanding that the healing is ... Inevitable...

It has been my consistent effort not to miss the breakfast. Quite often, around the same time, I do get to watch the birds enjoying few crumbs in the yard. It's reasonable to generalize that the Life force works mysteriously through each one of us, helping us discover what's .... Inevitable... We have heard of the expression “blessing in disguise”. Few of us look forward to an unsettled weather, indifferent health or social ridicule. I happened to order a small take away item a few weeks back. Quite quickly I realized that it was not what I liked. The whole experience was pretty bland. Next time around, it was quite a simple fix, leading to a fulfilling bite. An ounce of adjustment is often... Inevitable.

As Tagore said "The traveller has to knock at every alien door to come to his own, and one has to wander through all the outer worlds to reach the innermost shrine at the end.” ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqqe1-QnTrg is a fine example of ...what's... inevitable...
